• Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (double lower & single upper) and additional pull out single bed;
• Bathroom with WC, shower, wash basin and electric shaver point;
• Lounge, with views across Snowdonia, has dining area, double settee, colour TV, video etc;
• Fully equipped Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer;
• Flat is self-contained, has a separate entrance from the hallway and stairs, whilst sharing a front entrance with Cadw Mi Gei financial services;
• Property is centrally heated;
• All bedding, bed linen and towels are included.
• Premises are non-smoking;
• Gas and electricity are included;
• Adjacent harbourside public parking area.

Terms

• Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday;
• Let is from arrival Saturday at 2pm until departure Saturday at 10am ;
• Short breaks in mid and low season are negotiable;
• 1/3 deposit required with all bookings. Non-returnable if holiday is cancelled.
• All breakages must be paid for or replaced.
